Alexandria, MN (KROC-AM News)- A rollover crash in central Minnesota claimed the life of a teenager early Friday morning.

A news release from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says dispatch received a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash shortly before 3:30 a.m. The crash occurred at an intersection about six miles east of Alexandria. 


Responding deputies found a 17-year-old boy from Alexandria in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The boy’s name has not been released. The fatal crash investigation is ongoing. 

The Minnesota State Patrol has been requested to reconstruct the deadly crash.
