Two Young Rochester Residents Hurt in Crash Along Rural Highway
Dover, MN (KROC-AM News)- A two-vehicle crash on a rural southeastern Minnesota highway resulted in injuries for two Rochester residents Wednesday afternoon.
The State Patrol says a trooper responded to the crash in the area of Hwy. 14 and County Rd. 10 near Dover. A van traveling north on County Rd. 10 and an SUV westbound on Hwy. 14 had collided near the intersection around 3:45 p.m.
The state crash report identifies the van driver as 19-year-old Audriana Dugan. She was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The SUV driver, identified as 21-year-old Tate Fieck also suffered non-life-threatening injuries but was not transported from the scene for further medical attention.
The report indicates both drivers were buckled up and that alcohol was not involved in the two-vehicle crash. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Eyota EMS and Dover Firefighters also responded to the collision.
