Testimony in both trials wrapped up today.

The vehicle-deer collision happened shortly after 7:10 Monday evening.

The charges say the Winona man told police, without being asked, "I shot him."

The shooting occurred at an apartment next to the Winona State University campus.

Winona police say another man was taken into custody at the scene.

The testimony portion of the trial could last for at least several weeks.

The mother of two was reported missing in March of 2023.

She was also convicted of illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The search effort began on Saturday, September 21.

It was his second conviction for secretly recording women while they were using a public restroom.
