This year, Kasson has already welcomed two exciting additions: Smokin' Silverback BBQ, which opened in January, and The Kickback Bar & Grill, which officially opened on February 9th. Spoons Kitchen is Now Open in Byron, MN
Byron has a new addition to its dining scene with the opening of Spoons Kitchen in the former Schoenies Pizza location, 518 2nd St. NW. Owner Paige Morris has transformed the space into a cozy eatery that seats about 40 people, the PB says.
The new restaurant had its soft opening on February 23rd and is now fully open to the public.
This is her first restaurant, but Paige is no stranger to cooking and has previous culinary experience working at the Kasson American Legion Post 333 and SMOAK in Rochester.
The breakfast menu at Spoons is packed with classics like omelets, French toast, burritos, and biscuits & gravy- all at refreshingly fair prices.
Take a look at the menu and feast your eyes on some of the delicious breakfast dishes recently shared on the Spoons Kitchen Facebook page. I've included them below
Current hours for Spoons are Mondays 7:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. and Thursday thru Sunday 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. (closed Tue, Wed), which means they will also be serving a few lunch entrees, including soups, sandwiches, and some different daily specials.
