
Minnesota Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash Near Lake City
Lake City, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle crash in Wabasha County sent a Lake City man to the hospital Thursday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the motorcycle crash at the intersection of Hwy. 60 and Wabasha County Rd. 4., which is about 20 miles west of Wabasha. The crash was reported shortly before 5 p.m.
The state crash report indicates the motorcycle, operated by 61-year-old Randall Robert Gerber, was traveling east on the two-lane highway when it left the road and crashed near the intersection of the two roads. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Gerber was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the report says. The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office, Lake City Ambulance, Lake City Fire Department and Mayo 1 also responded to the scene of the motorcycle crash.
