Downtown Duluth will look a bit different soon with a long-time business rebranding itself. To celebrate the changes, they're offering specials for the last few days of operation.

7 West Taphouse will be re-branding to Blue Rock Grill next month. They are closing at the end of the week to begin the remodel. The location is at 7 W Superior Street in Duluth, Minnesota. It was the original location in the Twin Ports, and it's been a favorite of many people.

The burgers are great, the brews on tap are delicious, and they've often had great specials. Like Tuesdays, they had the 2 for $25 deal. You could get 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries, and 2 beers for just $25. It's hard to find a deal like that these days.

Blue Rock Grill was previously located near the Miller Hill Mall. The restaurant ownership group Letnes decided to re-brand the downtown 7 West to feature some new menu items and offerings, while still bringing quick tasty lunch options.

The good news is that for people who are die-hard 7 West Taphouse fans, there still are other locations in the Twin Ports, including Tower Avenue in Superior and on Maple Grove Road in Duluth.

7 West Taphouse will remain open for business through Saturday evening, September 16, 2023. The owners posted to Facebook to let patrons know that despite the sign being taken down, they are still open for a few more days, and to check back on their Facebook page for specials in the final days.
