Boy Riding Bike Hospitalized After Being Hit by SUV in Rochester, MN
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Rochester Police say a boy was given life-saving measures after being struck by a vehicle on the 4th of July.

A spokeswoman said Wednesday morning that officers responded to the SUV-bicycle crash around 10 p.m. Tuesday. It happened in the area of the intersection of 9th St. and 3rd Ave. Southeast near downtown Rochester.
The boy on the bicycle was transported from the scene to St. Mary’s Hospital. Police say they are awaiting an update on the boy's condition.
The identities of the boy and driver have not been released. The circumstances surrounding the traffic incident have also yet to be disclosed.
The driver of the SUV did not show signs of impairment, according to the police spokeswoman.
