Saunas are growing in popularity in recent years. In fact, just earlier this spring, The Duluth Great Sweat Together took place, where folks set a Guinness Book Of World Record for the most people taking a sauna at the same time in a city.

Sauna bathing has been shown to have a lot of health benefits. It can help with cardiovascular health, and weight management, and even help prevent dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

More saunas are opening up across the country, and quite a few new options are available in Northern Minnesota too.
