The St. Cloud Police Department are reporting a stolen vehicle on the 1800 block of 16th Street Southeast. Alicia Mages from Tri County Crime Stoppers says the vehicle is a 2012 red Chevy Traverse with a broken passenger side tail light and a cracked windshield.

Rochester Police say the FBI his assisting with the investigation.

The spray-painted graffiti included swastikas the the letters KKK.

The St. Cloud Police Department are reporting a burglary on 800 block of 13th Street South were an outbuilding was broken into and the interior of the building was vandalized.

City officials blame the move on vandalism and "extreme messiness."
