After closing their location by the mall earlier this year, the restaurant is getting ready to reopen in a new spot in Duluth this fall.

Superior Street will be buzzing with an outdoor festival of shopping, food and drinks, live music, and activities for the whole family.

City crews responded to water welling up out of the ground, flooding Superior Street in Downtown Duluth on Monday afternoon.
