Inver Grove Heights

The pair was headed home from a bar in western Wisconsin when the incident occurred on a busy four-lane highway.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension today issued a statewide alert on behalf of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.

The alert states that she has a history of being sexually exploited by adult men.

The 14-year-old was last spotted in the Inver Grove Heights area.
