
Slippery Conditions Possible Factor in Northern MN Man’s Death
Halstad, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol has released information concerning a deadly collision involving a car and a semi-truck in northern Minnesota.
The crash report indicates a 68-year-old man died after he was transported to a hospital in Fargo from the injuries he suffered in the collision. The State Patrol says Raymundo Zenteno of Climax was driving north on Highway 75 when his car collided head-on with the semi-truck in the southbound lane of the roadway.
The fatal crash, which occurred around 12:20 AM on Saturday, took place about 30 miles north of Fargo-Moorhead near the town of Halstad. The State Patrol reported that there was snow and ice on the highway at the time.

The driver of the truck, a 26-year-old man from Mexico, was not injured.
