According to the Wisconsin State Capitol Police, the incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. on July 21. The man, described as a white male in his late 40s to early 50s, approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with shoulder-length blond hair, was seen trying to open a door to enter the lawmaker’s home.

Although he did not gain entry, police say the shirtless suspect lingered around the property before walking away. It’s unclear what his intentions were, but Capitol Police have labeled the behavior as suspicious and are actively investigating.
