New Restaurant Might Be Going In The Old Color Me Mine Spot in Rochester

According to the City of Rochester website, the old Color Me Mine location in Rochester, Minnesota may soon be a spot to pick up a sandwich.

In the building permits section of the City of Rochester website, it indicates that the following building permit application was submitted for the property at 416 SW Crossroads Dr., which was the old Color Me Mine store.  Here are a few of the details that were on the application:

  • Project Description:
    • New quick serve restaurant in existing vacant retail space. 1214 sf.
  • Project Valuation:
    • $100,000
  • Project Type:
    • Alteration to an existing building
  • Project Name:
    • Jersey Mike's

I remember when the experts said, "Once a Costco goes in, this area will expand" and they were right.  West Circle Drive has had quite the expansion since that warehouse store was built including the addition of a Jersey Mike's.  It sits right next door to Crumbl Cookies at 2665 Commerce Dr NW Suite 300, Rochester, MN 55901.

Three New Restaurants Opening at the Mall of America in Minnesota

Next time you visit the Mall of America, you may be able to enjoy some new food at three new restaurants in the mall.  The exciting news was announced recently by the mall that one new restaurant would be opening on Level 2 and the other two new establishments would be added to Level 3.
