The criminal complaint, filed Thursday in Olmsted County Court, says Rochester Police took a report last October from a man who reported being sexually assaulted five times while he was a minor. He said the alleged assaults started when he was less than 13 years old in 2006 after his family had moved to Rochester from overseas.

The victim identified his assailant as 32-year-old Eleanor Queen Olson. Court documents allege Olson was 19-years-old when the sexual assaults began.

She denied any sexual misconduct during an interview with law enforcement. Olson is facing a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Her first court appearance is set for July 20.
