Donut Shop with Famous Layered Donuts Opening in Rochester Brewery

We've got a new donut shop coming to Rochester, Minnesota and they'll be opening inside one of our local breweries! The shop features these delicious-sounding treats called layered donuts.

Parlor Doughnuts is Coming to Rochester, MN

The donut shop is called Parlor Doughnuts. They started in Evansville, Indiana in 2019. The founders wanted to create a place that served high-quality donuts and specialty coffee. Sign me up, this sounds like my kind of place!

Over the past 6 years, Parlor Doughnuts has opened shops in 17 different states and now we have one coming to our neck of the woods.

The big thing that Parlor is famous for is their layered donut. Check these guys out:

Parlor writes on their website that the donuts are "layers of buttery dough fried to be crisp on the outside and light/fluffy on the inside." The donuts are also made in small batches throughout the day.

When is Parlor Doughnuts Coming to Rochester, MN?

In a press release, Parlor Doughnuts announced that they will be opening in Rochester this summer inside of Forager Brewery.

If you've ever been inside of Forager you know that when you first walk in there's a little bar-looking area with some seating immediately to the left. Forager has their own cafe there but now it's going to be the home of Parlor.

Parlor will serve their layered donuts as well as coffee drinks. The current cafe hours are 8am-2pm so I would imagine the hours for Parlor would be the same or similar.
