There's nothing quite like a tasty, warm burrito from your favorite Mexican restaurant. Or freshly made guacamole. Yum! But it sounds like we haven't lived if we haven't been to Minnesota's best Mexican restaurant.

My Favorite Mexican Restaurants

Before we get to Minnesota's best Mexican restaurant, I have a few that I absolutely love and want to shout out. One of them is Los Arcos in Rochester. Their food and drinks are super good and the burritos are massive.

I also love Cielito Lindo in Eagan. Shout out to my in-laws for introducing me to that place. One of my favorite things is when you order guacamole they make it right in front of you with fresh ingredients.

Both of those restaurants are family and locally owned so I feel like I shouldn't put this last one in here because it's a chain, but it was my favorite place as a kid: Don Pablos.

I remember many birthdays where I would request to go to Don Pablos to celebrate, I just loved it. So in honor of my childhood, I have to add them to the list. However, there aren't many left anymore.

Now onto Minnesota's best Mexican restaurant!

Minnesota's Best Mexican Restaurant

This is according to a study done by 24/7 Wall Street. They named the best Mexican restaurants in each state and Minnesota's is Andale Taqueria y Mercado in Richfield.

Like I said, I've never been but considering how much I love Mexican food, now I have to go sometime.

They describe their food as "quick-served, real and authentic street-style Mexican food." On their menu, they have alambres, tortas, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, platillos, fajitas, other specialty items, and they also do breakfast.

Plus, even if you took just a little bit of Spanish in school you probably noticed that the name also has 'mercado' in it, which is Spanish for 'market'. Yes, they also sell traditional ingredients, bakery items, and more so you can cook some delicious food at home.

And if for some reason you aren't sold yet, Guy Fieri has also visited Andale Taqueria on 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives' and loved it! Keep scrolling for other Minnesota restaurants he's visited.
