It looks like Rochester, Minnesota could soon get another serving of waffle fries! If you haven't heard the latest news, Chick-fil-A is looking to expand its fleet of 3,059 restaurants to 3,060 with a second location in the Med City.

Just last week, I drove through the parking lot of the old Wild Bills Sports Saloon. If you haven't been in that area lately, don't. The parking lot is so bad that I might need an alignment on my car. The building at 300 17th Ave. NW appears to also be in rough shape. And as it sits in the elements with no one taking care of it, this spot will continue to get worse and become more of an eyesore in our town.
There is a possibility that this area could be vastly improved. Based on the rochestermn.gov website, it appears that Chick-fil-A would like to tear down the old Wild Bills Sports Saloon and add its 2nd location for Rochester in that spot.
When is the Neighborhood Meeting for the Proposed Chick-fil-A in Rochester, Minnesota?
