BOLO: Here are Minnesota’s Most Wanted Fugitives

BOLO = Be On The Lookout. Minnesota doesn't technically have a 'Most Wanted' list like the FBI does, but it does list active fugitives through the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

In Minnesota, fugitives are people serving their remaining 1/3 of their sentence on supervision in the community, who have allegedly violated terms of their supervised release and are evading authorities.
