Blooming Prairie, MN (KROC-AM News) - A 19-year-old motorist was severely injured in a single-vehicle crash in Dodge County this morning.

State Patrol Response to Rollover Crash

The State Patrol responded to the crash around 5:10 a.m. on Highway 30 about a mile and a half east of Blooming Prairie. The preliminary crash report indicates a pickup truck was headed east on Highway 30 when it left the roadway and rolled.

19-year-old driver suffers life-threatening injuries

The driver of the pickup truck was identified as 19-year-old Bo Jeffrey Zwiener of Blooming Prairie. The State Patrol says he was initially transported by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin with what were described as life-threatening injuries.

Driver was not wearing a seat belt

The crash report states that he was not wearing a seat belt and that alcohol was not involved.
