The preliminary crash report indicates the car spun and slid from the right lane through all of the lanes of traffic before it was struck on the driver side by a semi-truck in the left lane.
Hernandezaquilar, who was wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene after emergency crews arrived shortly after 6:30 AM.

The driver of the semi-truck, 76-year-old George Jensen of Eagan, was not injured.
