
Police Investigate Two Related Shootings in NW Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police are investigating two shooting incidents involving moving vehicles in the same area of the city.
Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says the first incident was reported around 8:45 Monday night. She says officers responded to the area of 22nd Avenue and 48th Street Northwest after a motorist reported being shot at. The man told officers that another man in a vehicle was following him and fired a gun at him as they drove.
Police responded around 8 o'clock this morning to another reported shooting. According to Grayson, Rochester police received a report of a drive-by shooting in the same neighborhood. She says a woman and three children were in a vehicle traveling south on 22nd Avenue Northwest when a man in a vehicle heading north shot at them near 42nd Street Northwest.

No injuries were reported. Grayson says the two shootings are being investigated as related incidents.
