33-year-old Kevin Michael Boylson is charged with felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct, gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child and gross misdemeanor domestic assault.

The victim, who the complaint says is under the age of five, told law enforcement Boylson inappropriately touched her multiple times while living at the young girl’s rural Rochester home from the Fall of 2023 through the Fall of 2024.
She also shared one instance in which Boylson flipped her over, causing her to hit her head, before sexually assaulting her, the complaint says.
If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, resources are available for help. Visit the RAINN website (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network) or dial 800-656-HOPE (800-656-4673).
At one point Boylson told the victim she could not tell anyone about the touching otherwise he would get into trouble, the charges say.
Court records show Boylson was convicted of a domestic violence offense in May of this year. He also has an active arrest warrant out of Tennessee for a violent offense, the court document says.
Olmsted County Adult Detention Center records indicate Boylson was booked into the jail shortly before 4:30 Saturday afternoon. His first court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
