Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man described by Rochester Police as a frequent source of complaints in the downtown area is facing another indecent exposure charge.

The criminal complaint was filed in Olmsted County Court last week against 25-year-old Tarius James Seas. The court document says Rochester police officers responded to a call from a business in downtown Rochester on April 24 after it was reported that a man had entered the business and was seen performing lewd acts.

A witness told the officers that the man had made his way to the lounge, which is described in the complaint as a non-private area of the business, where a guest and two other employees had observed the lewd behavior. The officers then found Seas in the lounge, lying naked on a couch.

He is charged with a gross misdemeanor count of indecent exposure involving lewdness and a previous conviction. Court records show Seas has three previous convictions for the same offense as well as numerous trespassing convictions. His most recent indecent exposure conviction was last year.
