Coon Rapids, MN (KROC-AM News) - Investigators say the man accused of a triple homicide in the Twin Cities Friday afternoon was dressed as a UPS driver when the murders occurred.

37-year-old Alonzo Pierre Mingo was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree murder for the shooting deaths of 39-year-old Mario Alberto Trejo Estrada, 42-year-old Shannon Patricia Jungwirth, and 20-year-old Jorge Reyes-Jungwirth. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office says the man and woman were married and the younger man was the woman's son.

The three victims were found dead in their Coon Rapids home after Anoka County deputies and Coon Rapids police responded to an open 911 call around 12:30 PM on Friday. All three victims had gunshot wounds to their heads and were found in different areas of the home. Two young children, both under the age of five, were also in the residence but were not harmed.

The criminal complaint indicates there were several surveillance cameras installed in the home and there was a pole camera across the street from the house. It shows three suspects getting out of a car and entering the home. Two of them were wearing clothing described as similar to UPS delivery driver uniforms and one of the men was carrying a cardboard box. Less than 10 minutes later, all three men were seen exiting the residence and leaving in the car, which was registered to Mingo.

The court document says the video recordings from inside the home show Mingo shooting the 42-year-old woman at point-blank range in a bedroom. Earlier, the video showed Mingo holding the woman and a man at gunpoint while demanding money from them.

Mingo was arrested less than three hours later after his car was spotted in Fridley and he was pulled over. The criminal complaint says Mingo initially told investigators he had never worked at UPS and had been at his residence all day. It also states that a search of his car led to the recovery of a backpack that contained UPS delivery uniform shirts and a UPS vest. It was later determined that he had worked as a temporary employee of UPS until earlier this month.

The criminal complaint does not indicate if investigators have identified the other two men who were with Mingo at the crime scene and does not list a motive. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office has issued a request for the public's assistance with the investigation.

Mingo is scheduled to make another court appearance on the charges on February 8. He is being held in the Anoka County jail with his bail set at $5 million.
