Teen Girls Taken to Hospital After Crash That Snarled Traffic on Hwy. 14 Near Byron
Byron, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two teenage girls were taken to a hospital following a crash that slowed traffic near Byron on Monday.

Three vehicles were involved in the collision. The crash happened shortly before 4:30 p.m.
The State Patrol and other first responders were dispatched to the accident just east of the intersection of Hwy. 14 and 10th St. Southeast.
Hwy. 14 Crash Near Byron, MN Sends Pair of 17-year-old Girls to Hospital, Causes Traffic Back-up
A pick-up and SUV that were both traveling west on Hwy. 14 when they collided. The SUV then hit a westbound minivan, the state crash report says.
The 17-year-old girl driving the pick-up and her passenger, identified as 17-year-old Dakota Anderson of Waseca, were both brought to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester following the crash.
Information regarding the name and condition of the teenage driver has not been released.
40-year-old Sara Jean Larsen was driving the SUV and the minivan was driven by 43-year-old Dana Sue Obrien.
The women, who are both from Kasson, escaped the three vehicle crash without injuries, the State Patrol says.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Byron Fire Department/First Responders and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the scene.
