Looking to get out of the dining rut you've found yourself in? How about enjoying a meal with that special someone while dining in a Nordic Village? You can do just that less than an hour from St. Cloud! The Four Seasons in Minneapolis is offering you that experience through March.

According to the Four Seasons' website:

Nordic Village will be open for dinners, private events and buyouts Wednesdays through Sundays from November 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024. Reservations will become available one month at a time, starting Monday, October 2, 2023, at 12:00 noon Central Time

There are several menu selections and dining experiences that people can choose from including the standard Nordic Village meal/experience where diners will get:

Menu Details:
1st Course (Family Style)
Gravlax Platter, Surkal, Cucumber & Dill Dip, Crudites, Pumpernickel Crackers, Norwegian Lefse

2nd Course (Family Style)
Individual Onion Soup
Cheese Fondue with Comte, Gruyere and Raclette
Sourdough Croutons and Apples

3rd Course (Choice of Entree):
- Seared Salmon, Clam & Fennel Broth, Green Onions
- Slow Cooked Short Ribs, Charred Shallots, Cauliflower Puree
- Braised Root Vegetables

4th Course (Family Style)
- Interactive S'mores Experience

The meals are served in what appear to be outdoor sauna buildings made from cedar. The cost of the meals varies from $75-nearly $200 per person.
