We were lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening at Superior's newest restaurant! Soft openings are a good way to get staff trained and get important feedback from guests. They had the place packed for the soft opening! Here are a few early looks at the food, drinks, and atmosphere.
I like the signage in the front entryway about the community. In case you can't read it, it says:
We are proud of the community that forms as soon as you walk through our doors. Friendly smiles, quick service, and genuine conversation. That it all happens over delicious, house-made food and a cold beer is a bonus.
We're forever energized by the incredeible peers we have the honor to work with. Customers we have the privelege to serve, and the moments of camaraderie that happen arround us every day.

They had a special menu for the soft opening with some of their new featured dishes. We started off with house-made cheese curds. They came in white cheddar, mild cheddar, or pepperjack cheese.

Lauren ordered the Brown Sugar Cheddar Burger and got parmesan fries for a side.
Her boyfriend got the Jalapeno Popper burger. Both burgers were really good, but if they had to choose, the jalapeno popper burger was the standout.
I wanted to give their boneless wings a shot. They come in three sizes. I went with medium and it was plenty. I choose my favorite flavor garlic parmesan. It was fantastic. Nice-sized bites and the chicken was very tender.
Tony got the beef and cheddar. It was very cheesy and came with a slab of beef in a ciabatta bun.
The food was very good. The atmosphere was fun and fresh, and the drinks were consumed quickly. I can't wait to come back when they open soon.
