Famous Poseidon House In Minnesota Is Remodeled + For Sale Again [GALLERY]

I know I do and that is why I have always had a soft spot for the famous 'Poseidon house' in Minnesota! The home is located in St. Cloud and has been a big talking point and attraction in itself over the years. It was even featured on an HGTV show all about ugly homes.

The home is back in the front of our minds now that it is back on the market. It has been remodeled since it was last on the market but still features some fun nods to Poseidon.

In fact, it got its whole name from a giant statue of Poseidon out front! It's almost like he is guarding the home, which is located at 32208 County Road 1. It's also huge with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The home is for sale for $699,900. It's about four-thousand square feet and as mentioned, still has some fun nods to the king of the sea despite it being remodeled. The nods are subtle and work well with the home.

I love that this famous home kept the Poseidon theme because that is what makes it so special. It's a great house on its own and while the remodel is stunning, I love that they kept some nautical touches to pay homage to what it once was.

You'd never guess that this house was once featured on The Ugliest House In America back in the day! The home was purchased in 2020 after sitting on the market for three years and today, the 'new and improved' version of the home is back on the market.
