
Minnesota City Among Most Relaxed Places In America
It's not often that you hear about someone being relaxed. You may hear of people going to a spa or a nice beach vacation to chill out but mostly we hear about people being stressed, right?
A new study decided to switch things up, instead naming America's most relaxed cities. Of course, so many different factors play into this.

LawnStarter released a list of the most relaxed cities just in time for the holidays, even though it's one of the busiest times of the year! This list was published on Wednesday (December 3rd).
Believe it or not, a Minnesota city made the top ten. Is it Duluth? Is it in our neck of the woods? Keep reading to find out.
New Study Names The Most Relaxed Places In America For 2026
To get to the bottom of the most relaxed cities in the country for 2026, analysts looked at the 500 biggest cities in the country, along with seven different themes. These themes include financial well-being, which can be a HUGE factor in stress, and social stressors.

On top of that, they also looked at physical and mental well-being, along with work stressors, social and environmental stressors and recreation options, which are great when it comes to burning off stress.
One Minnesota City Named Among Most Relaxed For 2026
Sadly, it's not Duluth. However, I do think we live a pretty relaxed lifestyle compared to bigger cities in the state. Minneapolis has cracked the top ten when it comes to the most relaxed cities in the country.

In fact, Minneapolis came in at number ten. According to this study, Minneapolis residents are pretty strong when it comes to financial well-being, meaning they aren't that stressed about finances.
Minneapolis is also cited has having a strong roster of recreation options. Like I said, these are the best way to burn off stress and the more accessible they are, the better! Maybe we just need to meditate a bit more in Duluth? Maybe we just need a vacation!
