My wife and daughter were at an event recently, and they came home raving about a food truck they tried for the first time. I asked what the name of it was, and of course they couldn't remember the name. They just looked for the blue food truck! They had shawarmas and delicious French fries. They also said it was the best cheese curds they've had. So, I had to do some digging.

It didn't take too long for me to find the mystery blue food truck. It's Emma's Kitchen, and they are based out of Two Harbors, but they travel all across the Northland.

Emma's Kitchen serves Tacos, Burritos, Chili Dogs, Eggrolls, Empanadas, Chicken Shawarmas, Nachos, French Fries, Cheese Curds, and more. Seriously, they have something for everyone.

But you better hurry, because they frequently sell out!

Their motto is Relax - Let's Eat, and they've got some great online reviews. Some reviews even say they will work with you if you have a gluten sensitivity, so that's nice too!

Emma's Kitchen has been operating for the last few years, delighting foodies across Northland. Emma puts up her schedule on her Facebook page so you can plan when and where to stop by.

The next scheduled event where you can find Emma's Kitchen is this Saturday at the Dirt Bar Jam in Holyoke, Minnesota.

So if you're out and about and you could use a bite to eat, look for the blue food truck. My wife and daughter insist on making a detour to find this delicious gem.
