The Best Two Days To Fish In Minnesota This June

My husband is going to be THRILLED about this. I came across something I think most Minnesotans would be curious about: the best days to fish this month.

This week, I wrote about what the Old Farmer's Almanac is predicting weather-wise for our region this month. While I am not even sure I believe in their methodology, I always like to look at the start of a month for fun.

While I was browsing the Old Farmer's Almanac website, I came across a post that stopped me in my tracks: they shared the two best days to fish in June!

You may think this sounds crazy but there's definitely something to it. A big part of how they do things at the Old Farmer's Almanac has to do with the cycles of the moon. Apparently, fish respond to different phases of the moon more than others.

The Best Days To Fish In Minnesota This Month - Revealed

Based on how they do things, the Old Farmer's Almanac says the best days to fish this month are: Sunday, June 14th and Monday, June 29th! Why do I feel like so many people will be calling out sick on the 29th? Ha!

Not everyone believes in their methodology so you should take things with a grain of salt. However, I do think that they are on to something here! Plus, this gives you an excuse to go fishing.

At the very least, it gives you two very good reasons to go fishing this month. Ha! Now that it is finally summertime, I hope you are getting out and fishing as much as you can while you can.
