50 Kinds Of Pop Now Discontinued, But Not Forgotten In Wisconsin
If you were like me, you were picky about the kinds of food you'd eat when you were a kid. However, that wasn't the case regarding the types of candy you'd eat or the pop you would drink.
I remember my dad taking us fishing all over Wisconsin and Minnesota. Whenever we stepped into a bait shop, my sisters and I would head straight to the coolers to see what kind of pop we wanted to try. If you didn't grow up in the area, you may have called it soda, but whatever you called it, there was a lot of fun stuff to drink.
Two kinds of pop from my childhood immediately come to mind: "Worms" and "Rondo." Do you remember either one of those?
"Worms" was basically just a cherry-flavored pop, but as a kid, I thought it was funny to drink it just because of the name. I remember asking my dad before I tried it for the first time if there were real worms in it and he said, "Take a sip and find out."
"Rondo" was marketed as 'The Thirst Crusher', because it was lightly carbonated so you could 'slam it down fast'. Sounded good to me at the time, and who could resist the great commercials they made?
Sadly, neither "Worms" nor "Rondo" are around anymore, much like a lot of other pop we've been introduced to over the years.

Take a look at 50 kinds of pop that have been discontinued and see how many of these you remember and which ones you'd love to try again.
