Cook, MN (KROC-AM News) - Authorities in northeastern Minnesota have identified the victims of a recent fire that destroyed a lakeshore home in the Lake Vermilion area.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office has positively identified one of the victims as 69-year-old Raeann Marie Pry of Cook. The Sheriff's Office indicated the Medical Examiner has not made a positive identification of the second victim but says it is believed to be 67-year-old Susan Patricia Hein, also from Cook.
The deadly fire was reported last Thursday night in Beatty Township near Cook. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found the home fully engulfed in flames.
The bodies of the victims were later located inside the house.

The Sheriff's Office says the cause of the fire remains undetermined and is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal's Office.
