If you don't have plans for lunch or dinner on Wednesday, now you do!  A food truck with the "absolute best fish" is rolling back into Rochester, Minnesota on March 8th.

A few years ago, news spread fast of a fish truck making a stop in Rochester with what it claims as the "best wild Alaskan cod fish & chips in the midwest".  It's been back a few times now and everyone I know who has had a taste has enjoyed every bite.

If you've never had On The Hook Fish & Chips, like me, Wednesday is your day because they are rolling back to the Med City.  Here's where you can find them:

• TIME:  11:00 am until 7:00 pm

They will be making a stop in Apple Valley on Thursday at 7660 150th Street W and will also be in Owatonna at Mineral Springs Brewery on Friday.
