Update: The Minnesota BCA says he has been found safe

White Bear Lake, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert has been issued for a 20-year-old Minnesota man.

The alert, posted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, says 20-year-old Noah Kilian Berres was last seen by his family at their home in White Bear Lake Wednesday evening. White Bear Lake Police reported that the young man left the residence on foot.

His family has indicated Noah has health issues and there is concern for his welfare.

The missing person alert described Noah as white, 5' 6" tall, 109 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown sweatshirt and black sweatpants, which would have left him severely underdressed for the weather conditions.
